We chose the Joomla! framework since this met all of their needs and kept the budget at a minumum.
This client needed their company site to be about offering their strategy to potential tenants which will be backed by a investor with excelllent credt. They needed a Mortgage and Amortization Calculator to help visitors see what kind of payments they should expect using their strategy at the specific 7.99% interest rate.
