The sounds are licensed to you for use WITHIN your creative projects.
You don't need to credit Iain Morland when you use them, but you can't credit them to yourself.

The
sounds are licensed for professional use.
That means you can use any or all of them in any number of your projects without paying further fees ('royalties').
Examples of projects in which the sounds CAN be used are:
a computer game
a website
a multimedia presentation (e.g. PowerPoint)
You can broadcast the sounds
without paying any royalties directly to Iain Morland.
Examples
of broadcasting are:
an internet animation (e.g. Flash)
a multimedia installation
a telephone answering system
The sounds are also copyright
Iain Morland.
That means the only person allowed to release
them as sounds is Iain Morland.
You are not permitted to sell or give away the sounds under your name (or company name).
Finally, the sounds are
licensed to you only.
This means you can't distribute them to
other people who may use it "as is".
Examples of
distribution that are not permitted are:
making the sounds available to clients in a recording studio/production facility
sharing the sounds on a peer-to-peer network, such as LimeWire
burning the sounds "as is" on a CD that you give or sell to someone else
