The music is licensed to you for use within your creative projects, not as a creative project in itself.
You don't need to credit Iain Morland when you use it, but you can't credit it to yourself.
In full:
The
music is licensed for professional use.
That means you can
use any or all of it in any number of your projects without paying
further fees ('royalties').
Examples of projects in which the
music can be used are:
the soundtrack to a computer game
background music on a CD containing speech or sound effects
the soundtrack to a multimedia presentation (e.g. PowerPoint)
You can broadcast the music
without paying any royalties directly to Iain Morland.
Examples
of broadcasting are:
the soundtrack to an internet animation (e.g. Flash)
background music in a commercial venue, such as a shop or waiting room
the soundtrack to a movie, radio, TV or theatre show
music featured in a podcast
The music is also copyright Iain
Morland.
That means the only person allowed to release it as
a music product is Iain Morland.
You are not permitted to sell or give away the music under your name (or stage/band name).
You are not permitted to sell or give away the music after remixing it, or after adding new instruments or vocals to it.
Finally, the music is licensed to
you only.
This means you can't distribute it to other people
who may use it "as is".
Examples of distribution
that are not permitted are:
making the music available to clients in a recording studio/production facility
sharing the music on a peer-to-peer network, such as LimeWire
burning the music "as is" on a CD that you give or sell to someone else
