That means you can't broadcast it. Examples of broadcasting are:
using the music in a film or game soundtrack
streaming or podcasting the music over the internet
playing the music in a commercial venue, such as a shop

That means you can't distribute it, whether for
profit or for free. Examples of distribution are:
sharing the music on a peer-to-peer network, such as LimeWire
burning the music on a CD that you give or sell to someone else
remixing, or combining this music with other material, then sharing it online or on CD
However, unlike iTunes and similar services, the mp3 is not copy-protected.
You are therefore free to copy it to CD, back it up, or transfer it to any music player, for your personal use.
You can do any of these things as many times as you like.
