Iain Morlands Bio - Salyris Studios SoundMan 

Iain Morland, PhD, is a composer and audio designer who has been writing and performing music since 1994.

He has partnered with Salyris Studios to offer inspirational soundtracks and innovative effects for websites and multimedia projects.

Combining cutting-edge sound design tools with traditional musical talent, Iain provides a comprehensive sound design service, ranging from custom music in any style to sound restoration and even voice acting.

His audio design credits include the shows ‘Proper Shopper’ (1999) and ‘Baa Baa Boys’ (1999) at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and London’s Etcetera Theatre, and the independent films ‘Driving Through Snow’ (2004) and ‘Out Loud’ (2006). He contributed music to ‘The D’ni History Puzzle’ computer game (2005).

Also an accomplished pianist and songwriter, he has released a CD of original pop songs, ‘Craft, Design and Technology’ (2002).
