Sean Cook, MBA/TMSean Cook, MBA/TM, is the CEO of Salyris Studios which  has been a small web and print design studio that began in early 2004. Salyris was first built as a simple site to showcase some projects Sean had worked on and it has grown into a much larger studio then he had initially planned.

Now he can offer all kinds of services such as web design/development, print design, soundtracks/voice-over’s, 3D renderings/animations, Joomla design/development, and much more. We strive as a team to give each of clients the best results while using the latest technologies and trends. 

Sean has over 15 years of combined education and experience in multiple IT job titles:  Webmaster, Lead Designer/Project Manager, Small Business Start-Ups, Networking, Strategy/Market Research, PC Harware Technician, Team Leader, or Technical Support Manager.

Sean also holds multiple degrees: AA, Liberal Arts Degree, BS, Integrated Media (almost double-majored in Sports Medicine with an Athletic Training minor by just 5 classes; hence the BS in a BA major/minor), Master of Business Administration/Technology Management (MBA/TM) and has been involved in the Internet since its inception as a user, designer and a quick study of new as well as upcoming technology changes.

 

Iain Morland, PhD and Our Soundman

Iain Morland, PhDIain Morland, PhD, is a composer and audio designer who has been writing and performing music since 1994. He has partnered with Salyris Studios to offer inspirational soundtracks and innovative effects for websites and multimedia projects.

Combining cutting-edge sound design tools with traditional musical talent, Iain provides a comprehensive sound design service, ranging from custom music in any style to sound restoration and even voice acting.

His audio design credits include the shows ‘Proper Shopper’ (1999) and ‘Baa Baa Boys’ (1999) at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and London’s Etcetera Theatre, and the independent films ‘Driving Through Snow’ (2004) and ‘Out Loud’ (2006). He contributed music to ‘The D’ni History Puzzle’ computer game (2005).

Also an accomplished pianist and songwriter, he has released a CD of original pop songs, ‘Craft, Design and Technology’ (2002). Iain teaches cultural studies at Cardiff University, UK (Google Map Link).

With graduation in Advertising and Publicity, hand drawing skills, specialization courses, and more than 10 years of professional experience in production companies, Ramon is a complete multi-purpose 3D artist.

As a Salyris Studios partner, Ramon produces 3D models and animations to be used in websites and multimedia projects. Whether it's a talking charater, a flying logo, or an animated diagram, Ramon delivers quickly, affordable and practical solutions - fully committed to the client's needs.
